Please inform the Reservation Department on your early arrivals and late departures:

Arrival in period 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. is paid in sum of 50% of daily rate, in period of 00:00 a.m.- 6:30 - full daily rate.

Any stay for less than one night period will be considered as a full night room charge.

Cancellation policy

Should you need to change or amend your reservation, we kindly ask you to advise us:

“low season” (01/01/11-31/03/11; 01/11/11-31/03/12) - 24 hours before arrival date;

“high season” (01/04/11-31/10/11: 01/04/12 -30/09/12) - 48 hours before arrival date.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your non-guaranteed reservation by 06:00 PM (hotel local time) the day prior arrival. Please note, that the First Night Rate will be charged in case of late cancellation or “no-show”.
